Returns Policy…

Our refund policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer

Law.

If you purchased a product from Captain Comics and Collectables, that you believe is not of

acceptable quality, does not match the description, then you

may have rights to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law and we will

be happy to offer you a refund or exchange. You will need to provide your

receipt or other adequate proof of purchase within 28 days.

If you cannot provide proof of purchase, Captain Comics and Collectables may provide a refund

or exchange at our discretion provided that the product was sold exclusively by

Captain Comics and Collectables.
